Highly recommend trying the cold black fungus, it's a type of mushroom, mildly spicy. Lanzhou noodle soup is like pho but with a richer deeper flavor. And of course, biang biang noodle is yummy, the pork belly was the best I have had in a while.
I got the Shanxi shaved noodle soup and Sichuan Wonton in chili oil appetizer. The soup reminds me of the beef stew with egg noodles my grandma used to make. The broth is great and the beef is tender and melts in your mouth 😋.
Some of the best noodles I've had in a long time. Went there with my toddler and he loved it too. Super friendly staff, great atmosphere and great food!
